David wanted a personal and engaging website to appeal to a particular demographic which we isolated via the completion of customer personas.
Using existing branding and images we created a friendly website designed to stimulate sales enquiries primarily via telephone and second by filling in an email form.
It was important that the site was easy to edit and that David could upload images herself .
What we did
We created a mobile friendly website and minimalistic in nature which resizes and reflows to fit the screen size of the device being used.
We used white space and the bold colours already used by David to draw attention to calls to action. Keen to avoid an overly complicated website with excessive copy, we used video and slideshows to transmit as much information to the visitor as possible.
When purchasing products and services for the home, trust is supremely important and as such customer testimonials are used boldy prior to calls to action to stimulate enquiries. We also provide ongoing site management, security updates and backups.
